We will guide you through 2 daily yoga practices in the open-air yoga studio with a
breathtaking mountain-top view of the ocean. Susan will lead the Yang practice in the morning, and Judy will provide the gentle Yin practice in the evening. The time in between is yours to use as you wish.
For our established surfers and surf-curious friends, San Juan del Sur is blessed with a consistent offshore wind that creates clean waves almost all year round. May happens to be swell season so there are even more options for those who want to take it to the next level. Board rentals and private and group lessons are available with professional coaches adept at motivating absolute beginners to pop-up on their first wave and advanced surfers to build on their skills.
