Sansara Yoga Retreat Wrap Up - Cambutal, Panama 2024

We landed in the US yesterday, but I’m still finding my way back home. I’m having a look back at our soul-nourishing week with these retreaters @sansararesort and I just have a big ol’ goofy grin on my face. I always feel incredibly blessed to lead these retreats. Every group has its own flavor, and this one was a deep, delicious dish of harmonious ingredients. We had a strong base from Jax, and some extra spice that joined us from much further afield. We flowed through the elements in the shala and on the waves, and spent time tuning in, pondering, and connecting, There were some new bonds made, old bonds strengthened, and time spent in much-needed solitude, wandering, and wondering throughout the week. The glorious surroundings provided by Sansara, and Panama itself, will always be a feast for my body, mind, and heart. @yinjunkie lent her authentic Yin-vision as always, and I’m so thankful for the ease and balance we have with one another. We are honored these beautiful humans put their trust in us, and the memories we made. Looking forward to making more with this ever-growing sangha. We’re currently cooking up more retreats and hoping to find you at the table!
